This week Amazon started rolling out Skype support for Amazon Echo devices. Click the End Call icon> to end the call. Dial an Internal contact by using their extension number. On your PC, open Skype for Business; Type the extension number of the person you want to call in the search box and then press Enter to call. Contacts that match your search will be shown; Click the End Call icon to end the call.
