The Sky Go app for Windows is not new – it’s at least 6 months old, but its existence is not well-known, likely due to Sky’s long term intransigence in providing the app for Windows. Nevertheless, the app is available now, and while it is not in the Store, it does have a sleek modern interface and offers direct access to all of Sky’s Sky don't seem to be able to get alot of their apps to work correctly. So SkyGo not working for some isn't a surprise! In the last 10 days on Android, they've released close to 8 updates for the Sky Sports app because of massive security holes, non-function, crashing and ads loading then shunting the pages down because or it. @Lynott_FTP_Bass @SkyHelpTeam Sky Go is by far the worst. It takes forever to load and even longer to actually play a programme. I've been trying for 20 minutes to watch the Sky F1 channel and it is just not working! Same on other channels. Yes, I do have the latest update! 0/10
It may be worth trying similar to what you have already by deleting the app but then clearing the cache on your device. At the same time reset the settings on the box by highlighting the settings option on the home menu and pressing 0,0,1,select , then going to reset and choosing reset settings.
